InvokeIA is a platform for clinics that brings day-to-day management and AI automation into one product. It is my main engagement right now.

Modules

  • Scheduling and appointment management, with per-professional availability and reminders.
  • Clinical records, treatment plans and patient follow-up.
  • Sales, quotes, invoicing and payments.
  • Automation workflows and a rules engine.
  • Patient communications over WhatsApp and email.
  • Results dashboards and activity reports.
  • AI agents for reception, lead capture and follow-up.
  • DICOM viewer for X-rays and CT scans.

Technologies

Next.js and React on the frontend; Python and FastAPI on the backend; n8n for automation; PostgreSQL for data; Docker for deployment. The platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API and other communication services.

The product is in production. The public site is invokeia.com; the code and internal details are not published.
